Practices have a way of meeting each of us differently. Sometimes they invite movement. Sometimes stillness. Sometimes they ask us to listen a little more closely to ourselves.
The practices I share are simple, time-tested, and rooted in the tradition of yoga. Though each offers a different doorway, they all gently support a return to presence and a quieter relationship with life.
Whether you are beginning your journey or returning to it, you are warmly welcome.
Asana — The Physical Practice
We live in the body. Every moment, it offers an opportunity to listen a little more closely.
Asana, meaning “seat,” invites us to meet ourselves with humility and curiosity, resting in awareness rather than trying to become anything at all.
As the practice deepens, flexibility, strength, and balance quietly follow.
Every class is shaped by the people in the room. Meditation, asana (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative), pranayama, Yoga Nidra, silence, and mantra are gently woven together to support the practice.
Silence or mantra may naturally arise.
Meditation
Meditation is an invitation to rest in simple awareness. Through silence, self-enquiry, and gentle guidance, these sessions support a natural return to clarity, presence, and the quiet peace that is already here.
Cacao
Cacao is offered as a gentle practice of presence and connection. Gatherings combine ceremonial cacao, meditation, music, silence, and simple conversation in a warm, welcoming space.
Events
From time to time, I offer workshops, retreats, community gatherings, and special events. Each one is an invitation to slow down, connect, and practise together.
